Terms & Conditions

  • Eligibility: The $500 CAD referral fee is payable upon execution of a signed contract between the homeowner and Black Birch Contracting.
  • Minimum Job Size: Referral applies to projects with a minimum value of $4,500.
  • Payment: Issued via EFT through Plooto within 7 days of the project deposit. You will receive an email to enter your banking info.
  • New Clients Only: The referred homeowner must be a new client to Black Birch Contracting.
